Having a baby is one of the most challenging things that happens in this world. There are so many life adjustments that happened for all parents involved and the entire family as a unit. Supine Hypotensive Syndrome

Women late in their pregnancy often have many discomforts and ailments. One of the ways that late-term pregnancy can negatively impact women’s health is by interrupting their sleep. Pregnancy can make sleeping very difficult, which is unfortunate, considering how important sleep is for pregnant women. Your chronotype is your body's natural schedule for sleep and productivity.
